Big Stan is the first movie whom the comedian Rob Schneider had directed. It was basically about a man, who was accused of fraud, and was sentenced to jail for three years. He was afraid to get raped inside the prison so he wanted to learn how to defend himself.

That's the time when he met 'The Master' who teaches him lessons in kicking ass. After all the training, he went inside the prison to serve his sentence. There were gangs inside the prison, but due to his fighting skills, all the gangs were afraid of him. There he had the chance to ban the raping of co-inmates.

I didn't find the movie funny at the start compared to Schneider's previous movies. But as the movie goes on and on, I started to get into his jokes and laugh hard. This movie reminds me of 'The Longest Yard' by Adam Sandler. The difference is that in this movie, he needs to choose between his inmates and the 'deal' with regards to land of the prison.

The movie also has lots of known MMA celebrities like Randy Couture, Bob Sapp, Don Frye, who participated in this movie. Also in the movie was Rob's mom, Pilar Schneider. What I really can't imagine is the role of Jennifer Morrison on this movie. She played a very intellectual colleague of Dr. House in the series House MD, butn this movie, she played the role of some stupid-like wife of Schneider. Hilarious.

All in all, this was a good movie by Rob Schneider. I give it a 7/10. =]
