My girlfriend and I went to Cyma Estiatorio in Trinoma last time, and we decided to have a monthly session to go and eat to a casual or a fine dining restaurant and try to blog about our experience on that restaurant. And since we are not included in the 'rich people' category, we decided to have a budget of 1k per session. =]
Here is the first blog from the no-food experts. Presenting our first Dyimz says Den Says session at Cibo Gateway:

We ordered Rigatoni All'Alfonso for the pasta(P353), and for the pizza, we ordered Salsiccia(P573)
Rigatoni All' Alfonso
Den Says:
Pasta is al dente. The sauce is creamy, tomatoes are juicy, shrimp succulent. But where is the cheese? Garlic bread is crisp.
Dyimz Says:
The best pasta that I've taste so far in my whole 23 years of living. =]
Salsiccia
Den Says:
Original shape, but still cut into 8 slices. Sausage reminds me of vigan longaniza. Yellow and red peppers add color. The basil makes the pizza fresh to the eyes. Chili in oil compliments the flavor of the pizza.
Dyimz Says:
They gave pizza a new look. The crust is not that crispy.
Iced Tea Peach
Den Says:
Not so peachy. Tastes like normal iced tea. Had a hard time finishing it. Thought I was drinking bottomless iced tea.
Dyimz Says:
Tastes like iced tea.
Ambiance
Den says:
Love it. So colorful. Masarap sa mata. Orange and green, though green lights made me think I'm in another planet. As if I'm an alien. Silver utensils and table add to futuristic look. White seas are neat and classic. Big windows allow you to see Araneta.
Dyimz Says:
Cool tall windows. Nice view.
This is our first Dyimz Says Den says blog. Our plan is to eat every restaurant at Gateway first before moving to another place. And we will go back to Cyma to blog our experience there.
